Hi A room is becoming available in a lovely house located in a safe neighborhood in Fontenay sous bois, right beside the Bois de Vincennes. It is very close to the RER A station - takes about 20 minutes to get to Paris center. This is the perfect location for those who want to be very close to Paris whilst also being able to escape the chaos of the city.
We are both Franco-Canadian architects and the house reflects this very well. You can talk in with us. It’s easy to communicate with us in French and/or English as we are open-minded and also give you the privacy you need. Living there can be very nice for people working or studying from home and who are looking for a healthy environment.
The room is equipped with a single bed, a desk and a lot of storage space. As for common spaces, they have everything you need : well stocked kitchen, Wifi, washing machine, iron board, heating…
The rent is 750 euros per room, with all charges included. You can also apply for APL (approx 250€). The rooms are available starting from 15 september for a short or long stay.
